Zum Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt von Ulrich Büttner gehören das Steuerrecht, das Steuerstrafrecht sowie das Gesellschafts- und Handelsrecht.
Ulrich Büttner ist darüber hinaus tätig im Bereich der wirtschaftsrechtlichen Beratung und hier insbesondere in der Gestaltung von Verträgen auf dem Gebiet des Handels-, Arbeits- und Gesellschaftsrechts.
Des Weiteren gehört auch die Vertretung gegenüber Finanzbehörden und vor Finanzgerichten, sowie die Vertretung gegenüber Ermittlungs- und Justizbehörden in allen Stadien eines Ermittlungs– oder Steuerstrafverfahrens zu seinem Tätigkeitsbereich.
