Benjamin Ott focuses on business and tax consulting for small and medium-sized companies, groups of companies and private individuals. Further focal points are the preparation and auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as the preparation of business and private tax returns.

Furthermore, Mr. Ott supports you in process optimizations in the context of digital transformation, especially in the area of accounting as well as in the execution of company formations, valuations and transactions as well as in due diligence activities.
