The focus of Mr. Roberto Massa's work is on tax and business management advice to medium-sized companies and groups of companies as well as private individuals, the preparation of annual financial statements, concepts for succession planning and advice on restructuring under company law as well as issues relating to corporate financing.
In addition, Mr. Massa supports you in questions concerning accounting, consolidation and corporate planning.
