Ulrich Büttner's main focus is on tax law, criminal tax law as well as corporate and commercial law.
Ulrich Büttner is also active in the field of business law consulting, in particular in the drafting of contracts, in the area of commercial, labor and corporate law.
Furthermore, his area of expertise also includes representation vis-à-vis tax authorities and before tax courts, as well as representation vis-à-vis investigative and judicial authorities in all stages of investigative or criminal tax proceedings.
