Ulrich Lange's activities focus on providing business management and tax advice to small and medium-sized companies, groups of companies and private individuals. Further focal points are the preparation and auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements as well as advising parent companies and subsidiaries of internationally active companies and the preparation of business and private tax returns.
Furthermore, Ulrich Lange supports you in the implementation of company formations, valuations and transactions as well as in due diligence activities. Ulrich Lange also assists you with succession planning and restructuring processes in the corporate and private sectors.
Ulrich Lange is also active as an auditor for quality control within the meaning of §57a para. 3 WPO.
