F for training
In order to continuously improve the quality of our advice and services, we attach great importance to further training. We regularly offer in-house training courses and online seminars. In this way, we also promote the exchange of ideas among ourselves. In addition, our trainee program - apprenticeships, DHBW studies, student traineeships and internships - ensures that we have excellent young talent from within our own ranks. We also promote and support preparation for the tax consultant and auditor exams.
U for company
Our corporate culture is characterized by our corporate principle: UNDERSTAND, CARE, ENCOURAGE. This naturally also applies to all HWS employees. We are particularly proud of our internal communication. We love and live the open-door policy. We have no receptionists or secretaries. When the doors are open, our partners always have an open ear for the concerns of their employees. This results in open and direct communication, which enables us to act quickly and transparently. Internal information is communicated via our fuks-blog and all colleagues from all locations come together at the annual summer party to exchange ideas and celebrate together.
