We understand the concerns of our employees because we are actively listening and constantly communicating. We recognize employee needs and take care of every single team member. We are particularly proud of our internal communication. We embrace and live by the open-door policy. When the doors are open, our partners are always open to the concerns of their employees. This creates an open and direct communication that enables quick and transparent actions. Internal information is communicated through our CTSU-blog and at the annual summer party all colleagues from all locations come together to exchange ideas and celebrate together.

In order to continuously improve our quality of advice and services, we place great value on further education and trainings. We consistently offer in-house trainings and on-line seminars. In this way, we also promote exchange among each other. In addition, we provide excellent young talent from our own ranks through our young talent program - training, DHWB studies, student programs and internships.
We also promote and support the preparation for the tax consultant and auditor exams. We constantly encourage team building and teamwork programs to keep every employee motivated. We are a team, and it takes teamwork to create strong foundations for building a successful company.
