The focus of Immanuel Heil's work is holistic tax advice for medium-sized companies and advice on all sales tax issues. His main areas of expertise include corporate restructuring and transfers of private and business assets to the next generation. He also advises companies on employee severance payments from a tax perspective.
In addition, he is the contact person for the regulations of the GoBDs, mainly in the cash management, as well as the implementation of process documentation in small and medium-sized companies.
