The focus of Tobias Sick's activity as a start-up tax specialist is comprehensive advice and support for start-ups and growth companies. For example, the support of financing rounds, company purchases and sales, the implementation of corporate law restructurings, questions of international tax law as well as the preparation and review of annual and consolidated financial statements.
In addition, Tobias Sick has held several teaching positions at DHBW Stuttgart since 2012, including: choice of legal form and corporate taxation as well as international tax law. He is also the author of numerous publications, a member of the board of trustees of the Ideas Factory Foundation, a member of the mentor network of First Momentum Ventures and a member of the board of the Stuttgart Chamber of Tax Consultants and the Startup Stuttgart e.V.
